Eupithecia clavifera is a moth in the family Geometridae. It is found in Russia, China, Japan, Taiwan{{aut|Mironov, V.G. & A.C. Galsworthy}}, 2007: The genus Eupithecia (Lepidoptera: Geometridae) in Taiwan: an updated survey. Trans. lepid. Soc. Japan. 58 (3): 341-363. and Korea.
The wingspan is about 15–19 mm. The larvae feed on Cornus controversa.
