Eupithecia semilotaria is a moth in the family Geometridae. It is found in southern Chile.{{aut|Rindge, Frederic H.}}, 1987, The Eupithecia (Lepidoptera, Geometridae) of Chile. Bulletin of the American Museum of Natural History 186 (3): 269-363.

The length of the forewings is about 10.5 mm for males. Adults have been recorded on wing in March.
