Eupithecia signigera is a moth in the family Geometridae. It is found in Japan and Korea.
The wingspan is about 17–19 mm. The larvae feed on Abelia spathula, Symplocos chinensis, Pieris japonica, Rhododendron kaempferi and Euonymus alata.
