Eupithecia ultrix is a moth in the family Geometridae. It is found in south-western China (Sichuan, Yunnan).{{aut|Mironov, V.G. , A.C. Galsworthy & D. The wingspan is about 22 mm. The fore- and hindwings are light brown.
