Eupithecia yubitzae is a moth in the family Geometridae. It is found in the valleys of northern Chile: the Azapa, Chaca and Camarones valleys.{{aut|Vargas, H.A. & L.E. The larvae feed on Acacia macracantha and Prosopis tamarugo.
