Evstaphiy Pechlevanidis, also known as Yevstafi Alkiviadorovich Pekhlevanidi ({{langx|ru|Евстафий Алкивиадорович Пехлеваниди}}; born 29 October 1960 in Shymkent, Kazakh SSR) is a retired Soviet and Greek professional football player.
