Exilisciurus is a genus of rodent in the family Sciuridae from forests in Southeast Asia.Thorington, R. W. Jr. and R. S. Hoffman. 2005. Family Sciuridae. pp. 754–818 in Mammal Species of the World a Taxonomic and Geographic Reference. D. E. Wilson and D. M. Reeder eds. Johns Hopkins University Press, Baltimore. These tiny squirrels are mostly olive-brown to grey-brown, although E. whiteheadi has conspicuous ear-tufts. There are three species of Exilisciurus:
- Philippine pygmy squirrel, Exilisciurus concinnus
- Least (or plain) pygmy squirrel, Exilisciurus exilis
- Tufted pygmy squirrel, Exilisciurus whiteheadi
