F. A. Dry (born September 2, 1931) is a former American football coach. He was the head football coach for the University of Tulsa from 1972{{cite book|last=Bonham|first=Chad|title=Golden Hurricane football: at the University of Tulsa|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=UHR16kzjkI4C&pg=PA45|access-date=April 11, 2011|date=July 19, 2004|publisher=Arcadia Publishing|isbn=978-0-7385-3274-5|pages=45–}} to 1976. During his tenure there, he compiled a 31–18–1 record.
