FC Knyazha Shchaslyve was a Ukrainian football team based in the village of Shchaslyve (to the west of Boryspil), in the Kyiv Oblast of Ukraine, that competed in the professional leagues.
History

It was founded in 2005. Knyazha won the Ukrainian Second League Group A championship in the 2007/08 season and were promoted to the Ukrainian First League. Knyazha-2 was the reserve or 2nd squad of the Ukrainian Football club FC Knyazha Schaslyve.

Knyazha-2 entered the professional leagues for the first time in 2008 after the successes and improvement the senior team had in the previous season. The club decided to enter the club into the Druha Liha to give their players more exposure to higher quality competition. Knyazha-2 had been competing in the Kyiv Oblast competition.
