The Fall River is a tributary of the Deschutes River{{cite web|title=Fall River|url= http://www.fs.usda.gov/recarea/deschutes/recreation/fishing/recarea/?recid=72003&actid=43 |publisher=U.S. Forest Service|accessdate=11 September 2014}} in the Deschutes National Forest in Deschutes County, Oregon, United States. The source is a spring approximately {{convert|2|mi|km|0}} northwest of Pringle Falls. The river flows to the northeast and is about {{convert|12|mi|km}} long. Fly fishing is permitted.
