Toski was born in Gjilan, SFR Yugoslavia, today modern Kosovo. His family moved to Germany when he was still young. =FSV Frankfurt=

On 21 January 2014, Toski joined FSV Frankfurt by signing until the end of 2013–14 season, with option of renewing.
