Fernando Jubero Carmona (born 27 February 1974) is a Spanish football manager.{{Soccerway|fernando-jubero/299619}} He is the current sporting manager of Paraguayan club Cerro Porteño.

Career

Born in Barcelona, Catalonia, Jubero worked as a scout for the youth categories of FC Barcelona and the Aspire Academy.
