{{Politics of the Netherlands}}

The Fifth Colijn cabinet was the cabinet of the Netherlands from 25 July 1939 until 10 August 1939. The cabinet was formed by the political parties Anti-Revolutionary Party (ARP), Christian Historical Union (CHU) and the Liberal State Party (LSP) following the fall of the Fourth Colijn cabinet on 29 June 1939. The right-wing cabinet was a minority government in the House of Representatives. It was the last of five cabinets of Hendrikus Colijn, the Leader of the Anti-Revolutionary Party as Chairman of the Council of Ministers. The cabinet was dismissed by Queen Wilhelmina on 27 July 1939, just two days after it took office.{{cite book|author1=Herman Langeveld|title=Hendrikus Colijn 1869-1944 Deel II 1933-1944: Schipper naast God|url=https://books.google.com/books?id=enJgBgAAQBAJ&q=Hendrikus+Colijn+1869-1944|year=1998|publisher=Balans|isbn=9789460034480|page=6}}{{cite web|url=https://historiek.net/hendrikus-colijn-premier-crisisjaren/69176/|title=Hendrikus Colijn (1869-1944) – Premier tijdens de crisisjaren 1930|publisher=Historiek|date=23 May 2017|access-date=10 July 2018|language=nl}}{{cite web|url=http://resources.huygens.knaw.nl/bwn1880-2000/lemmata/bwn2/colijn|title=Colijn, Hendrikus (1869-1944)|publisher=Resources Huygens|date=10 July 2006|access-date=10 July 2018|language=nl}}{{cite web|url=https://www.historischnieuwsblad.nl/nl/artikel/41761/hendrikus-colijn.html|title=Hendrikus Colijn|publisher=Historisch Nieuwsblad|date=10 November 2017|access-date=10 July 2018|language=nl}}{{cite web|url=https://www.dehsvl.nl/formeren-kun-je-leren/|title=Formeren kun je leren|publisher=Historische Studievereniging Leiden|date=22 March 2017|access-date=7 July 2018|language=nl}}{{Dead link|date=April 2024 |bot=InternetArchiveBot |fix-attempted=yes }}{{cite web|url=https://isgeschiedenis.nl/nieuws/de-korte-regering-van-het-kabinet-colijn-v|title=De korte regering van het Kabinet Colijn-V|publisher=IsGeschiedenis|date=6 January 2015|access-date=6 July 2018|language=nl}}
