Use of the image is appropriate in both Celtic F.C. and The Celtic View because:

• The magazine is historic: the first issue of the first football-club-specific publication.
• The image is used in the articles of the subject club and the publication respectively.
• The image is sufficiently low resolution as to prevent downstream misuse of the image.
• Inclusion in Wikipedia does not limit or inhibit the rightsholders' use of the image, including commercially.
