The owner of this video has sent permission statements to wikipedia on multiple occassions while blind copying me on the correspondenses.
The first several times, he attached the video and emailed it to the permissions email address. Apparently, this was ignored based on the responses he received in the case of the video. He has again sent this permission in per the below transcript of the email correspondense on which I was blind copied, again.
