Fillmore (also Filmore) is an unincorporated community in the Town of Farmington, Washington County, Wisconsin, United States.{{cite gnis|1564938|Fillmore, Wisconsin}} The community was settled in the early 1850s by a group of immigrants from Saxony.

The settlement was named after Millard Fillmore, who was president at the time.{{cite web|title=History of Farmington |url= https://town.farmington.wi.us/history-of-farmington/|publisher=Town of Farmington |accessdate=2020-01-12}}
Fillmore is the location of the 1855 Saxonia House brewery, which was a gathering place for locals. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.{{cite web|title=Saxonia House |url=https://www.hmdb.org/m.asp?m=48260 |publisher=Historical Marker Database |accessdate=2020-01-12}}
