Fiona Freckleton (born 6 November 1960) is a British rower. Freckleton is a bronze medalist in the Women's Pairs at the 1991 World Rowing Championships in Vienna, Great Britain's first medal in a major World Championship women's rowing event.{{cite news |title=Tributes for coach Proudley |url=https://www.dailyecho.co.uk/sport/11013495.Tributes_for_coach_Proudley/ |accessdate=19 September 2018 |work=Southern Daily Echo |date=15 February 2014}} She also competed at the 1993 World Rowing Championships.
