In June 2021, Fisker finalised its manufacturing deal with Magna Steyr, with production on the Fisker Ocean to begin in November 2022 at Magna's facility in Graz, Austria.{{cite web |date=18 June 2021 |title=Fisker Finalizes Manufacturing Deal With Magna, Ocean Production To Start in November 2022 |url=https://www.carscoops.com/2021/06/fisker-finalizes-manufacturing-deal-with-magna-ocean-production-to-start-in-november-2022/ |access-date=12 July 2021 |publisher=Car Scoops}}

In November 2021, Fisker and Contemporary Amperex Technology (CATL) announced a deal for CATL to supply two different battery packs for the Fisker Ocean SUV.
