Flett Glacier refers to two glaciers on the northwestern flank of Mount Rainier in the U.S. state of Washington. The glaciers lie on a subsidiary peak of Rainier, the {{convert|8364|ft}} Observation Rock. There are two sections of glacial ice, an eastern lobe at about {{convert|7600|ft|abbr=on}} to {{convert|7300|ft|abbr=on}} in elevation, a smaller western lobe at about {{convert|7200|ft|abbr=on}} in elevation.{{Cite map|publisher=TopoQwest (United States Geological Survey Maps)|title=Mowich Lake, WA|url=http://www.topoquest.com/map.php?lat=46.90622&lon=-121.80232&datum=nad83&zoom=4|accessdate=2012-12-31}} Meltwater from the glacier flows into the Puyallup River.
