Franco Pisano (10 December 1922 – 6 January 1977) was an Italian composer, conductor, arranger, and jazz musician.

Born in Cagliari, Sardinia, the older brother of the composer Berto Pisano, he studied violin, classical guitar, and piano at the Conservatory of Cagliari.{{cite news|title=Morto Franco Pisano l'autore di "Evelyn"|work=La Stampa|issue=5|date=7 January 1977}} He started his career as a musician with his brother in the jazz group Asternovas.{{cite book|last1=Serreli|first1=Giacomo|title=Boghes e sonos : quarant'anni di musica extracolta in Sardegna : dal beat al pop, dal jazz all'etnorock, 1960-2003|date=2003|publisher=Scuola sarda|location=Cagliari|isbn=8887758034|edition=1}} Later in his career he concentrated on composing pop songs and musical scores for films and television programs. He died of liver cancer at the age of 54.
