François André Dulysse (born April 13, 1999) is a Haitian professional footballer who plays as a defender for Egnatia in the Kategoria Superiore. Born in the United States, he plays for the Haiti national team.

Dulysse has represented the Haiti national football team at U20 and U23 level.
