Francolite is a carbonate rich variety of the mineral fluorapatitehttp://www.mindat.org/min-4910.html Mindat.org and is present in most sedimentary phosphorites. McArthur, Origin of is sedimentary francolite from its sulphur and carbon isotope composition.
