Sir Frank Edward Figgures KCB CMG (5 March 1910 – 27 November 1990){{cite news| author=| title= Sir Frank Figgures| newspaper= The Times| location= London, England| date= 29 November 1990| page= 20| via= The Times Digital Archive 1785–2008}} was a British civil servant, noted as the first secretary-general of the European Free Trade Association from 1960 to 1965. Biography
