Frank Andrea Miller (March 28, 1925{{Cite web|url=http://uipress.lib.uiowa.edu/bdi/DetailsPage.aspx?id=272|title = Details Page - the Biographical Dictionary of Iowa - the University of Iowa Libraries}} – February 17, 1983) was an American editorial cartoonist.
