Frederick William Herbert Nicholas (25 July 1893 – 20 October 1962) was an English first-class cricketer who played for Essex County Cricket Club in a first-class career that spanned from 1912 to 1929.{{cite web|url=https://www.olympedia.org/athletes/25264 |title=Fred Nicholas |work=Olympedia |access-date=16 August 2021}} He toured South Africa with S. B. Joel's team in 1924–25.
