Frederick McCarthy (15 October 1881 – 15 February 1974) was a Canadian/American cyclist.{{cite web|url=https://www.olympedia.org/athletes/15559 |title=Frederick McCarthy |publisher=Olympedia |access-date=20 March 2021}} He competed in seven events at the 1908 Summer Olympics.
