Lines
Fukagawa Station is served by the Hakodate Main Line and is also the starting point of the 50.1 km Rumoi Main Line to {{STN|Rumoi|x}}.

History
The station opened on 16 July 1898.{{cite book |script-title=ja: 停車場変遷大辞典 国鉄・JR編|trans-title=Station Transition Directory - JNR/JR| publisher = JTB | editor1-last = Ishino| editor1-first = Tetsu| year = 1998 | location = Japan |language= Japanese | volume = II| page = 822 | isbn = 4-533-02980-9}} With the privatization of Japanese National Railways (JNR) on 1 April 1987, the station came under the control of JR Hokkaido. The Shinmei Line which connected this station to Nayoro Station closed in 1995.
