Gastouni ({{langx|el|Γαστούνη}}) is a town and a former municipality in Elis, West Greece, Greece. The river Pineios flows into the sea near Gastouni. The town is {{convert|6|km|0|abbr=on}} south of Andravida, {{convert|4|km|0|abbr=on}} east of Vartholomio, {{convert|11|km|0|abbr=on}} northwest of Amaliada and {{convert|26|km|0|abbr=on}} northwest of Pyrgos. The Greek National Road 9/E55 (Patras - Pyrgos) and the railway from Patras to Pyrgos pass east of Gastouni.
