Gatis Smukulis (born 15 April 1987) is a Latvian former professional road bicycle racer, who rode professionally between 2009 and 2018 for the {{UCI team code|ALM|2010}}, {{UCI team code|THR|2011}}, {{UCI team code|KAT|2015}}, {{UCI team code|AST|2016}} and {{UCI team code|LPM|2018}} teams. Smukulis won the Latvian National Road Race Championships in 2016, and won six consecutive Latvian National Time Trial Championships between 2011 and 2016.
