Gavin Bayes (born 7 May 1965) is a former Australian rules footballer who played with Richmond in the Victorian Football League (VFL).The Age, [http://www.news.google.com/newspapers?nid=1300&dat=19860627&id=8QAyAAAAIBAJ&sjid=1pIDAAAAIBAJ&pg=4089,4210134 "North picks forward for first game"], 27 June 1986, p. 30

He is the elder brother of Sydney Swans player Mark Bayes.
