German submarine U-335 was a Type VIIC U-boat of Nazi Germany's Kriegsmarine during World War II. The submarine was laid down on 3 January 1941 at the Nordseewerke yard at Emden as yard number 207, launched on 15 October and commissioned on 17 December. After training between December 1941 and July 1942, U-335 departed Kiel harbour to conduct a war patrol in the Atlantic Ocean on 30 July 1942. However, after only three days, she was torpedoed and sunk by a British submarine and lost with only one survivor.{{cite web |title=U-335 – Interrogation Report |url=http://www.uboatarchive.net/U-335INT.htm |website=uboatarchive.net |access-date=24 February 2019 |archive-date=17 December 2013 |archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20131217013951/http://www.uboatarchive.net/U-335INT.htm |url-status=dead }}
