Gigapus is the tenth studio album by the Australian electronic music group Severed Heads. Recorded between 1992 and 1994, the album was first released in 1994 with a bonus CD-ROM disc titled Metapus that had additional multi-media content on it. Because of this, it is the first album released in Australia to include a CD-ROM disc.{{cite web|last1=White|first1=Judith|title=Band's CD-ROM Breakthrough|url=http://sevcom.com/scans/1994/slides/1994%20CDROM%20Oct%20Australian.jpg|website=Sevcom.com|accessdate=20 March 2016|archive-date=1 April 2016|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20160401215038/http://sevcom.com/scans/1994/slides/1994%20CDROM%20Oct%20Australian.jpg|url-status=dead}} Due to the extra disc, the album was initially priced at $40 when it first came out.{{cite web|author=Blake 7|title=Permutations Into Ellard: Tom Ellard Interview By Blake 7|url=http://sevcom.com/scans/1994/slides/Gigapus%20OTS%20Nov94.jpeg|website=Sevcom.com|accessdate=20 March 2016|archive-date=1 April 2016|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20160401210524/http://sevcom.com/scans/1994/slides/Gigapus%20OTS%20Nov94.jpeg|url-status=dead}} As with most of the Severed Heads discography, the album has been reissued multiple times.
