Gil Noam

Gil Gabriel Noam, Ed.D., Dr. Habil is the founder and director of The PEAR Institute: Partnerships in Education and Resilience.{{cite web|url=http://www.pearweb.org/about/gnoam.html|title=Dr. Gil G.
