The Giza Studio started as an indie label under the name Garage Indies Zapping Association, but soon B Zone bought it as their sister label company and renamed it to only Giza.{{cite web|title=大阪市・Giza 社長室にて~|url=https://www.faith.co.jp/25th/dialogue/nagato-daikoh.html|website=hokkoku.co.jp|date=21 April 2023 }} Since their commercial service launched on September 1, 1998, Giza Studio has been producing the following years commercially successful artists as Mai Kuraki, Garnet Crow and Rina Aiuchi{{cite web|title=About Giza Studio|url=http://www.giza.co.jp/gizausa/index/giza/giza02.html|website=The Official Giza USA Website}} Along with other Being Group's sister labels (Zain Records, Rooms Records, B-Gram Records, BMFC, Vermillion Records and Northern Music), the studio's main task is to create music productivity by hiring talented artists, composers and engineers.{{cite web|title=Introduction|url=http://www.giza.co.jp:80/index/map/index.html|archive-url=https://web.archive.org/web/20040114010657/http://www.giza.co.jp/index/map/index.html|url-status=dead|archive-date=2004-01-14|website=Official Giza Website (archived)|access-date=2020-08-27}}
In 2021, the singer Rina Aiuchi accused her former producer for sexual harassment and filed a lawsuit against talent agency Giza Studio, seeking 10 million yen, alleging that they did not protect her from harassment. Nagato himself did not admit it and claims the opposite of what he is accused of.{{cite web|title=「愛内里菜」セクハラ被害で元所属事務所を提訴 事務所側「事実はない」と声明発表|url=https://www.sponichi.co.jp/entertainment/news/2021/03/18/kiji/20210318s00041000615000c.html|website=sponichi.co.jp|date=18 March 2021 }} In 2022, the official website has launched special statement toward lawsuit case which allows her to use her stage name once again. In 2023, Aiuchi accused her producer for the second time, however with the same results as previously of not admitting harassment action.{{cite web|title=愛内里菜さん、二審も敗訴|url=https://www.hokkoku.co.jp/articles/tym/1048558|website=hokkoku.co.jp|date=21 April 2023 }}
