Gmina Będków is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Tomaszów Mazowiecki County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Będków, which lies approximately {{convert|21|km|mi|0}} north-west of Tomaszów Mazowiecki and {{convert|30|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-east of the regional capital Łódź.
