Gmina Babice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Chrzanów County, Lesser Poland Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Babice, which lies approximately {{convert|8|km|mi|0}} south-east of Chrzanów and {{convert|36|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} west of the regional capital Kraków.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|54.47|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 8,803.

The gmina contains part of the protected area called Tenczynek Landscape Park.
