Gmina Bielsk is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Płock County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Bielsk, which lies approximately {{convert|16|km|mi|0}} north-east of Płock and {{convert|96|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-west of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|125.53|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 8,936.
