Gmina Brudzew is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Turek County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Brudzew, which lies approximately {{convert|11|km|mi|0}} north-east of Turek and {{convert|121|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of the regional capital Poznań.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|112.72|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 6,115.
