Gmina Budry is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Węgorzewo County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, on the border with Russia. Its seat is the village of Budry, which lies approximately {{convert|10|km|mi|0}} north-east of Węgorzewo and {{convert|105|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|175.02|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,051.
