Gmina Chąśno is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Łowicz County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Chąśno, which lies approximately {{convert|12|km|mi|0}} north of Łowicz and {{convert|57|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of the regional capital Łódź.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|71.81|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,205.
