Gmina Dubicze Cerkiewne is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Hajnówka County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, on the border with Belarus. Its seat is the village of Dubicze Cerkiewne, which lies approximately {{convert|13|km|mi|0}} south-west of Hajnówka and {{convert|55|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of the regional capital Białystok.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|151.19|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 1,871.
