Gmina Dziadkowice is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Siemiatycze County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Dziadkowice, which lies approximately {{convert|14|km|mi|0}} north of Siemiatycze and {{convert|66|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of the regional capital Białystok.
The gmina covers an area of {{convert|115.71|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 3,058.
