Gmina Głuchów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Skierniewice County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland. Its seat is the village of Głuchów, which lies approximately {{convert|20|km|mi|0}} south of Skierniewice and {{convert|42|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} east of the regional capital Łódź.
