Gmina Giby is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Sejny County, Podlaskie Voivodeship, in north-eastern Poland, on the border with Belarus and Lithuania. Its seat is the village of Giby, which lies approximately {{convert|10|km|mi|0}} south of Sejny and {{convert|103|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north of the regional capital Białystok.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|323.57|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 2,970.
