Gmina Gielniów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Przysucha County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Gielniów, which lies approximately {{convert|10|km|mi|0}} west of Przysucha and {{convert|100|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of Warsaw.
