Gmina Goworowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ostrołęka County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Goworowo, which lies approximately {{convert|19|km|mi|0}} south of Ostrołęka and {{convert|85|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|218.93|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 8,756 (8,689 in 2011).
