Gmina Gruta is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Grudziądz County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Gruta, which is approximately {{convert|13|km|mi|0}} east of Grudziądz and {{convert|52|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} north-east of Toruń.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|123.77|km2|sqmi|1}} and, in 2006, its total population was 6,539.
