Gmina Haczów is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Brzozów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Haczów, which lies approximately {{convert|10|km|mi|0}} west of Brzozów and {{convert|42|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south of the regional capital Rzeszów.
