Gmina Iwierzyce is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Ropczyce-Sędziszów County, Subcarpathian Voivodeship, in south-eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Iwierzyce, which lies approximately {{convert|12|km|mi|0}} south-east of Ropczyce and {{convert|18|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} west of the regional capital Rzeszów.

The gmina covers an area of {{convert|65.58|km2|sqmi|1}}, and as of 2006 its total population is 7,354.
