Gmina Jaraczewo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Jarocin County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Jaraczewo, which lies approximately {{convert|14|km|mi|0}} west of Jarocin and {{convert|55|km|mi|0|abbr=on}} south-east of the regional capital Poznań.
